I bought a bag online shopping probably on black Friday, but I receive a different color which means a wrong item. Then I contact 888.262.6224, so I was told that I would receive an email to help me return the goods or a phone call from the store to help me resend the goods. However, I haven't received any notice yet.This is the motivation and reason for my complaint. The following is my order information.
