I give both company compliments as well as complaints. I always pay bills owed promptly. Rotech sends not needed products with no returns (3 day return Policy), then sends a bill 5 months afterwards. When my CPAP supplier for 6+ years closed their doors last fall (2018) in Grand Rapids, all CPAP accounts were given to Rotech. In over 6 years with my CPAP, I never had any issues.
