In Burlington exactly same thing - driver doesn't leave the package one day, next 2 days makes up stories about delivery he hasn't even done, 1. driveway inaccessible - untrue 2. delivery attempted - untrue, someone was home .
Amazon is useless in addressing this and Intelcom is even worse.
Years of no issues with other carriers, and now everything is Intelcom and problem after problem.
Why does Amazon think sending the same driver every day is going to give a different result. They've had issues for years with this company but don't care anything about their customers, otherwise they'd address this.
