Those 3 workers might not had a key to get in and they might've been waiting for their manager to get there whom might've had to go to the bank for all you know.

She did say "thank you". Sounds professional to me.
5he employees have to be clocked out by 15 minutes after closing or they risk getting in trouble. You should have shopped earlier in the day.

Every time it's always the customer that starts [censored] when something isn't right. The employees have the right to defend themselves. Grow up and keep your nose clean!
Unfortunately corporate controls the thermostat.
First, you need to learn the English language. Second, the cashiers are told to use as few of bags as possible. And third, shop there when Kayla isn't working.

I think you need to have this review removed before someone from corporate sees this. You need to address your vacation concerns to your store manager instead of on a public site.

The manager has the right to pick and choose who works for her. Besides would you be willing to pay that woman's bills if she lost her job because of you?

You need to address this issue with your manager. Talking about it here may get you fired if your manager or someone from corporate finds out about this post.
There's not anything they can do about digital coupons. If they work, good. If they don't, oh well!
Bri is there to earn a paycheck to pay her bills. Most people these days are too lazy to do that. My suggestion is don't shop there if Bri is working.
Wanda is trying to make a living and pay her bills. She is entitled to a smoke break. My suggestion is shop there when she's not working.

The company pays the workers to work, not babysit somebody who passed out.
