Above is a quote from Alatec's Website, well its all not true, they dont even look for a problem really just tell you that its the most common issue, but its also always costly. Then on top of not having the repair or replacement done, they tell you that there is gonna be a service call charge of $59 dollars not what they advertise, sounds like a big scam to me, and then get really rude with you when you show them that the website says that an estimate on repair or replacement is free. i want nothing else to do with this company, and if you do use their services BEWARE!
