Metropolitan College made promises that they couldn't or wouldn't keep, they stated that they would help with job placement, they did not and where did my student loans and pell grants go that I applied for? I have no clue, I never saw a dime of that money and that was supposed to help with my living expenses as well as my college funding. I'm a single mother and needed help. I did not need to be defrauded in this way. What were all of the extra fees that cropped up to take the rest of the pell grants and student loans that I now have to pay back? as for my transcript it took them forever to get it to me and then I was told that they couldn't be used because they didn't transfer. Why in Hell hasn't anyone started a class action lawsuit to get the students money back? I am trying to re-educate myself and because of their embezellment my credit is ruined and I can't get any student loans or grants to help me in this endeavor. What can we do to fix this issue? or Are all of the students that went to Metropolitan College just out of luck because of the actions of some greedy people? If there has been a lawsuit against Metropolitan College and the Wyandotte Corporation, the name of the Prosecuting Lawyer would be a very good thing to share with the rest of us so that hopefully we can get the student loans expunged off our credit record by having them pay them back to us.
