I signed up to ProfessionalFreeAndSingle dating site. After some time of chatting and talking to different people I found out that one man, sitting there is a scammer. I can prove it and I contacted website owners. But they refused to delete this user. Stay away!
I agree. Have had problems with billing too, ipossible to get through to on the phone. Very few professionals on there, plus site is linked to other sites.
I joined site and cancelled after a month unfortunately they have now taken re subscription fee from my account and state they have no record of my cancellation, complete lie and rip off. Be aware they will re bill you even if you cancel. Ensure you make note of date and time you cancel and who you spoke to. I am so angry at being ripped off... Stay away from this dating site, oh to add there are barely any professionals on the site !
Scammers are the scourge of the internet and we have a dedicated team of agents working 24/7 to track and eliminate them. We also have a feature on the site where you can report members who you think are scammers and we encourage you to do so. Not only will we investigate your claim but we will also pass their details on to the relevant crime agencies. If you have proof that this member was a scammer we will be more than happy to remove that member and pass that proof on to police.
