Steve snyder the owner of afflatus productions is a con artist. steve snyder represents himself as a producer, writer, actor, cinematographer, and ceo of afflatus productions. do not hire him! he has numerous legal complaints against him for fraud.
Do not be fooled! steve snyder is a master of seo (search engine optimization). everything you read online about steve snyder and afflatus productions - their credentials, articles, praise - is all written by steve snyder himself. he has several aliases and uses all of them to create false content and reviews. he also hires his friends to pose as business partners and associates in order to gain your trust. warning: these people are his accomplices!
Steve snyder is shady, dishonest, and a thief. he does not pay for required location fees and permits which is a huge liability for your production. warning: steve snyder is not a 10 year veteran dp. he has less than 2 years experience. check his imdb credits, the only completed actor/producer credits are his own movies. he also links his advertisements to other people's imdb resumes to feign credentials. warning: steve snyder does not have these credentials! and his fees are bogus. he uses the old bait and switch, quoting a lower price and demanding more once the project is started. and if you don't pay up he will hold your project hostage and harass you until you do.
Do not trust steve snyder or afflatus productions to help raise money for your production. steve snyder is known for launching campaigns to fund other people's films, taking the money and never completing the project. do not trust him with your fundraising or marketing. in fact, do not trust steve snyder or afflatus productions with your project at all. he is also known for hijacking other people's films, bullying clients, stealing from set, attempting to take over copyrights, demanding writer's credits, etc. this man is a maniac and will stop at nothing to take over your project and make it his own.
Do not get reeled into doing business with afflatus productions or steve snyder. and whatever you do, do not get conned into his fundraising attempts to finish his feature or independent films (i.e. are you serious?) these movies do not exist. after over $100k and 3 years, only a trailer exists. the entire cast/production team worked for imdb credit. no one was paid except steve snyder and his friends! he has numerous outstanding loans, defaulted payments, cease and desist orders, breach of contract complaints, etc. this man is a serious fraud. he has many victims. do your homework on this one.
Afflatus productions is not even a registered llc or corporation. they do not have a business license or the proper permits to operate in the state of california. steve snyder even stole his company logo and name from http://www.afflatus.com in 2008, and afflatus.com's registered company logo has been in use since 1996! nothing this man does is honest!
Please note: afflatus productions' equipment was obtained through misappropriated funds and embezzling from their own movie production fundraising for "are you serious". if you hire steve snyder or afflatus productions, your entire production will be in jeopardy. his creditors are after every penny profited by red epic camera rentals and services.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg! steve snyder is a habitual con artist. he is involved in white collar crimes across the board (i.e. real estate, theft, copyright infringement, notary fraud).

Each one of us have been involved with one of these people but all of us except one have given Lund funds to take care of issues we have that needs an attorney.
In all of my research I have come acrossed a ponzi scheme that Patrick Lund has been involved in maybe with an investor private lender that has been in volved in a ponzi scheme and is not in prison. Larry Richardson was a part of Villa Capital Inc what we do not know right now is that him and Patrick Lund were a part of this scheme but in my research I have uncovered other real property scams where Lund has falasified documnets and had them recorded so he gets the properties and resales them and keeps the money.
The Orange County District attorneys office wants us all to forward the problem you have had with any and all of the above attorneys plus anyone else causing any and all problems with real estate or anything else lending money paying for attorney services etc.
I have contacted the Riverside District Attorneys office that has my file and they are forwarding it on to the Orange County DA, I have at least 10 law suits that Lund has been involved in at least one with Brad Kirk and one with Larry Richardson.
