I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz M Class from Ralph Johnson at Pro Motor Cars in August, 2011. An ASC Warranty service agreement was purchased with the vehicle. Mr. Johnson reported an incorrect price for the vehicle to the Missouri Department of Revenue. We showed the sales contract and ASC Agreement to the Department of Revenue and Mr. Johnson says that we changed the price of the car. Funny how our documents and the bank, title paperwork, and ASC agreement all match. We our now having to pay an additional $300 in taxes. We took our car in for some repairs to the local Mercedes Dealership and they just told us that the ASC Warranty was worthless. And we only have 60, 000 miles on our car and it's supposed to be for 100, 000 miles.

Ms. Pike,
I have researched your concerns regarding your 2008 Mercedes. Our company does not receive information regarding the transaction of your vehicle with the selling dealer. However, the concern shared with our claims department by the Mercedes dealer was that your vehicle was in need of a headlight bulb. If should have additional issues, please contact our claims department at [protected], or by email at claims@ascwarranty.com.
Thanks
Terry Small
