I purchased a black ink cartridge (#61) from Printer-Cartridges.com. The item arrived and we installed it. The cartridge ran out of ink after printing 17 pages (without any graphics) of a document.
I notified Printer-Cartridges.com in an email advising them the cartridge was defective and it rain out of ink.
Their "customer service" department never replied or offered to replace the cartridge under their "guarantee." I went to Staples and purchased a the HP name brand cartridge as I should have done at the start.
First time, last time.
Desired outcome: Acknowledgement of my email and tentative course of action on their part.
