Prime Meridian Direct review: Car insurance claim

I was in an accident on the 25 of March 2020, I submitted the claim on the 29 of Mach 2022 with all the document request. They phone me and told me that the car is written off and they told me that their turn around time is 15 working days. I waited for them to contact me but no lucky. I send them follow up whatsapp sms on the 11 of April 2022, send another one the 17 of April and 25 April 2022 to complain and the did not worry about my complain they keep on tell me that they still working on it. I explain to them that I am frustrated and depressed since I work in Pietermaritzburg and I stay at Umbumbulu where they is no public transport to come to work and I am struggling everyday to travel to work. I phone them everyday using my airtime to follow up, thinking that phoning everyday will make them work of my claim and finalized it but still no luck.
