I ordered only this book from Dr. Marlene at Primal Health and nothing else. I made it clear in my online order that I did not want any of their other health offerings such as vitamins, etc. I only wanted the book and not a digital copy. Evidently my response was not part of their sales scam and they decided that they would rewrite my order to meet their desired outcome of fleecing me for all they could get. So, suddenly I am now getting a bunch of extras being charged to my credit card, things like digital email health reports from all kinds of different people. I have been unable to reach anybody to tell them that I don't want and did not order this additional information and it was not part of my initial order. I feel this must be a scam. I've tried to straighten this out by calling Primal Health on their customer service support site, and I've called their listed phone number, but nobody answers. There is a reason they don't respond. They are hiding from the people they are scamming. Please tell me if there is any way to stop a scam like this. Janice Smith [protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: The Blood Pressure book I accept as a lawful transaction, I do not accept the additional $39.00 plus per month charged to my card for three months by Primal Health and I want those amounts returned to me.
Back in august 2023 i order a book call Natural Health Connection and now they are charging my credit card every month. I did not buy any nsubscription to this company i only bought a book. Is there any way that i can stop this non sense
I ordered one book only, nothing else. "Smart Blood Sugar" from Marlene.I was charged $39.97 a month for a number of months. I only noticed when this month they over drafted my account, and I new that I had not done that myself. I canceled my card at my bank and got a new one. My bank helped me dispute the charges and I got most of my money back that same day! So I would say to stay far clear of any thing from Dr. Marlene Merritt, nothing but a scam. My husband ordered the over priced book and we have been charged twice now $39.97 mth. Disputed and canceled our card.

I ordered a book by Dr. Marlene Merritt's associate, Dr. Will Mitchell, of the same company, Primal Health LP and have learned the hard way that, SOMEWHERE in the checkout process of ordering, there was an obscure automatic signup feature that you had to unselect in order to avoid being billed for emailings. Contact your card company ASAP, and if the unagreed-to-charges (beyond purchase of the book) have gone past the first 60 days, you might have to put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau, and that might get the situation put right. Also, ASAP, use one of those Dr. Marlene emailings to electronically unsubscribe, because you might not reach anyone by phone or email. Let it be known that none of this information was readily available to you at the outset, that you had to learn it from "experienced" customers. It is a pity that those nutrition-oriented practitioners are ruining their own business in this way. Best to you.
Did you try sending a message to them via their email? You might have to dispute the charges and maybe go as far as cancelling your credit card and getting it replaced with a new number if there is no response. Good luck.
