Be careful when you purchase anything from this site. You pay extra for faster delievery and it may not happen. When it does the vendor does not back up the service or provide credit. I order an item from them with 3 day delivery and it took over a week. When I called the attitude was not my problem and we cant give credit. Buyer beware

I agree! This "store" is horrible. Bought one thing, got another and they charged me a 15% restocking fee and charged me for the shipping that was supposed to be free when I bought it. Plus, I had to pay to ship the thing back to them. The item I bought cost $79.99 and I ended up paying $28 for nothing but the experience of doing business with these crooks.

The worst! Switched the item ordered to a much cheaper one, wanted me to pay the return postage, plus a restocking fee and their shipping! Total thieves, stay away.

Absolutely the worst web sales site bar none. Do not Use. Stay away. Don't even look. Awful. May look good but it's not, and if you return products you pay the postage and a 15% re-stock fee. Customer service is in Indonesia and are RUDE. PLEASE Beware. At least I only lost $45.00. But even that is to much. To add, when on hold for 20 min for customer service I got somehow bridged with another customer having the same issue and we talked for 5 min of how bad they are and still had to call back and still did not get customer service. I called the sales dept and said please don't hang up on me and started telling him my problem and he hung up on me too.
My order consisted of 2 power supplies for a Garmin GPS and received 2 power supplies for a Motorola V3 cell phone.

Agree...this company is operating a scam. We purchased a GPS holder on the 29th and in it's description said allow 2-5 business days for normal shipping. We never received the item and called back on 8/10/11 and they said it could take 10 business days and to call back in 2 days. Two days later we called back because it still had not arrived and they stated call back Monday the 15th. So on Monday the 15th, the item still had not arrived. We spoke to customer service who advised you need to call back from 9a-4p to speak to someone who can handle the problem. It is now the 16th and still no product. I called customer service and soon as you mention refund they put you on a hold. 35 minutes later, the customer service said I would have to a supervisor authorize the refund which in turn I asked for. Of course the supervisors have gone home for the day. No supervisors at 7p? I then ask for a supervisors name and they said there are too many supervisors just to give you one name. Obviously this is a scam and they try to frustrate the shopper into giving up on the refund or the proper corrective action that needs to be taken. As long as they have their money they don't care. This is a small family operation in Brooklyn, NY and obviously aren't concerned about the right thing. They will resell anything or do whatever it takes to make their money. If you have a problem with the charge, call your credit card company and file a dispute. The credit card company takes it up with them and if they find enough fraud will shut their terminal down. Being in law enforcement that is your only recourse if they won't give you your money back.

Buyer Beware! When purchasing please read fine print being having bought several items had for about 2 hours went on line and obtained a confirmation for return wrong product. Charged 15% restocking fee along with shipping and handling. Rude customer service and supervisor basically a sorry Charlie attitude. Therefore took my woes to Radio Shack and purchased the correct GPS units and they are working fine. No more premiumstore.com for me!
