We recently were interested in renting a apartment from Premier. We would call, with no response, several times. It would be days for us to get a call to schedule a appointment to look at the apartment and do the paper work. When we decided to get it we went in to the office and the lady there was very rude and unprofessional. She did not even great us but just walked right by us as we waited there for her. When we called the first time she quoted us a price and quoted us a different price in person. She denied everything. She took a personal call as we were there talking about the weekend and plans and so on. We had to wait there till she "noticed" we were waiting for her to finish talking. We decided not to rent there and walked out. We are glad we did. We have read reviews and they all say the same thing. They are rude and unprofessional.

    I am submitting a complaint about Premier Reality so other people who are planning on renting to them will think about it twice. I have been renting since I was 18 years old and I have never met a company in which workers are completely rude and unprofessional, not to mention it takes them days or almost a whole week until they have someone come out to repair. I have lived here for 3 ½ years and my AC has gone out at least 4 times. Two months ago my ac went out they took almost a week to repair this. I could not stay in my apartment. Needless to say they would not even pro-rate my rent for that whole week that I was not able to stay there. The young girl in the front was not professional about the situation at all. One of girls who currently is working at Premier obviously dropped the ball and that is one of the reasons why it took a whole week. The owner of the apartments is not from the valley, so they must go through a process to get an okay to repair anything. It’s ridiculous if you ask me. Another thing you should also know is that you will never speak to manager in this office. Everything is handled with the young girls in the front who are very rude and unprofessional. If you are planning on being late with your rent be careful, because they will charge you 100.00 for the late fee and 50.00 after the third day. As a renter I strongly feel Premier Reality expects for the renter to pay rent on time with an extra fee if we are late because there are rules we have to follow, but as a renter we have rights too and we expect to get things repaired by our landlord ASAP.

    I was a tenant with preimier realty and yes that woman is rude and a b$&)). But too all who plan to rent from these people use caution . They never repair problems and they will take days to respond to a call. I have learned that this realty has a compliant with the Texas Atty general and the better bussiness agency.
