on behalf of Jeanette Maloka ID [protected]... ACC SP 603423 My mothers sister, she noticed a debt order of R99, 99 on her bank statement and enquired at ABSA what is it for and she was advised its for the company mentioned above she called them and they told her that its for a SOS Product policy that she took out in July 2008. She does not have any contract with them and has never received any correspondence regarding the policy since July 2008. Jeanette has been going up and down trying to find their offices with no luck because she wanted to tell her story face to face as she is not fluent in English and her airtime runs off before she can express herself. She recalls someone calling her about an insurance but said she does not want it because she is not working. to her surprise she found out in January about this policy and has since requested for it to be closed. Please assist because she is an old woman who is frustrated and does not know who to turn to. She would like to be refunded for all the debit orders they have took off her bank account including the transaction fee.

HI I am Ms SB Cele acc no [protected] ID no:[protected] would like be refunded my money which got debited on the 25/09/2013 from my acc. I don't know anything about this debt order for the amount of R399. ref sas [protected]. urgent feedback on this will highly appreciated my no:[protected]

I would also like to agree on the above complaint,
I, Mrs P.N Dlamini, ID no: [protected], ACC no: [protected], has been debit an amount of R349.99 on October 13, and also an amount of R299.99, this happens as I do not know about this company, I would like all the debits on my account to be refunded as soon as possible and my details to be removed from your database.

Hi, I have the same problem!

Call your bank, or go in, and tell them about the issue, they will contact premier and sort it out!
