Premier Bank Complaint

I'm being charged for a credit card account that I have never used and has been closed. I have called several times trying to clear it up. It's now $256!

I have never charged anything on the card. I don't understand what is going on. I shouldn't have to pay for something I never used and is closed out. Please help me this is not right I told them so on the phone today and also sent them a letter. I was told they will keep adding late charges until it's paid. I told them this is stealing..

Premier Bank Credit card

This is the 2nd time they have suspended my card for making too many payments. Now I can't even make a payment over the phone as I usually do because the system won't let me. They already verified my checking account that I pay from. I'll give them one more chance to stop suspending my account for no valid reason and the next time they do it I will have no choice but to close my account. Suspending your account for sending them too many payments is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life!

Desired outcome: I want my account un-suspended so I can pay them in full like I normally do which is from my personal bank account over the phone.
