Louis Bonaceto, owner of the above company at 1351 Lyons Rd In Margate, FL, tried to swindle me. I took 2 binders of foreign coins to his shop in September 2022 and left them. I returned 2 weeks later and he said that he took 10 coins and gave me $30. When I returned home and checked my inventory, I discovered that he took 39 coins. I returned to his shop and, while he did not admit to trying to con me, said he would return my coins. He gave me 39 coins, again when I re-turned home I found that they were not the same coins. I went in for the third time and watched every coin of mine he gave. He was still short 6 coins but I accepted them and the situation was partially resolved. I write this letter to warn others that he might attempt to do the same to them. Like a true con man he never admitted anything but he knew that I knew. Thank you

Dan Dussel you entered my store with 2 binders of coins . I reviewed the binders and estimated only to be worth only $30 dollars of coins that had any value verbally to you and I was not even interested in purchasing any that time. The other coins in your 2 binders, (95 percent of them) had zero value and were just copper coins and dead currencies, which i more then explained to you clearly. You said I have no real use for them and I will leave you the 2 binders and instructed for me to pull out anything I could use or turn into value for you. I went over the 2 binders and pull out maybe 10 -15 or so silver coins and the rest were of the 25 coins were NON silver Swiss currency .. I weighed the silver and counted the currency and said like my first quote before you left the store the 1st time only around 30 dollars. You agreed and picked up the money and took the 2 binders from the store. Then you came back a week later and were unhappy with price. I then spent 2 hours trying to find all coins on your list . I returned more then half of your coins on your second visit. Then I found the rest of the remaining coins of yours and on your 3rd visit I returned all your coins to you . I gave you all the coins on your list and you said you were satisfied and left the store. I worked on finding them and researching your list to find all of them for over 3 hours. Plus the funniest part is that I didn't even ask you or you even attempted to return the 30 dollars that I gave you originally ? You didn't even mention the $30 that you took. So you received a free evaluation. I spent 3 hours trying to give you back every single coin and the best part sir is you stole $ 30 dollars from my store and left me this ridiculously complaint . So the real con man is this story is you sir. I have never con or decieved anyone in 15 years of running my store and have thousands of more then satisfied customers and 1st rate customer service..
