This place is amazing. I don't understand why corporate continues to ignore this. It's obvious they don't care; the only thing they're concerned about is money. The past several months this office has had over 100 people quit. It's mainly due to the boss who likes to yell at the top of his lungs. It doesn't matter who you are or where you are. If he doesn't like the way you do something or the way you have handled something he will walk up to you and get right in your face and yell.

He has told people how stupid they are, he has called people names, he acts just like a school yard bully. He is a bully and continues to harass his employees. It's amazing how this office stays operational. Morale is non-existent. It's just a matter of time before it closes down because he is running off the people that actually do their job. The other employees are merely occupying space; they rely heavily on a hand full of people to do their jobs for them all the while trying to do the jobs they were hired to do.

So, if you're thinking about working for Praxair think again unless you enjoy being emasculated in front of others. Do yourself a favor and find another place to work as management in this office is a joke.

Praxair is considered the "good old boys club" where sexual harassment occurs, where bullying occurs. "ME TOO" "ME TOO" "ME TOO"
Myself and others have reported such misconduct through management and through the anonymous reporting that does not work ! Its never anonymous and other colleagues have lost their job.
Things that men at Praxair never have to take ownership of is: a hard day of work, excessive spending and then lying what the expense is for, bulling but the worse part is for a female that has to deal with all the sexual comments, them trying to rub against you, and even inappropriate touching.
You never have anyone to help stop such misconduct. Its all crap when Prx says they care about their people and want to know the immoral things that occur, they don't. Management sucks or at least a good chunk does. Would not recommend this company for employment but would encourage other females to speak out since I know who a lot of you are. I am no longer with this company, I respect myself to much.

Its not just the healthcare division, its Praxair as a whole. Ive been told by colleagues of a manager sharing in detail how I got my position and promotions because what I did (inappropriate to say) which I addressed with both management, legal on the false claims.. It was not taken serious and was only passed to HR legal after reaching out the management over 6 times wanting it to stop. Being a female its disturbing how hard we work with little recognition so when we get a break its because of the hard work we put forth and only that! I have never been nor would be in acceptance to inappropriate behavior at work. Then Praxair brought in a manager to a "top position" from another division within the cylinder division that was called the creepy crawler because of his advances. I avoided him and when he understood what I was doing, my job was abolished. I am fortunate to know why and was able to move away from such a horrible company because I know how much of an asset I was and still am today. This is the behavior throughout Praxair and most females like myself avoided situations or say NO in hopes the bad behavior will stop but it doesn't. Shame on Praxair for having a failed system where someone can report anything. The men protect each other and will rather get rid of the person reporting the behavior than deal with the sexual harassment behavior. The men protect their own and have for over 100 years at all costs.
