I am filing this complaint regarding a payment dispute with Prmediaonline.com related to services and financial arrangements from 2022.
During that period, funds were transferred in good faith as part of a business-related arrangement. The recipient acknowledged receipt of the funds and engaged in continued communication over an extended period regarding settlement and repayment.
However, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, the pending amount has not been settled to date.
Over time, the communication became inconsistent, and responsibility has been disputed or shifted, which has made resolution difficult. I have retained all relevant evidence, including payment records, transaction confirmations, and written communications acknowledging receipt and discussions of repayment.
It is important to clarify that I am not making any false or misleading statements. This complaint reflects my personal experience based on verifiable facts and documented communication.
I am seeking a fair and amicable resolution of this matter. The company/client is requested to:
