The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I asked the website to close/delete my account after they gave me a warning for complaining to a poster who refused to used any punctuation in her posts. Instead of closing/deleting my account they "banned" me.

Stay away from Powersellersunite.com - use onlinesellersunited.com instead.
