Poste Italiane SpA review: Spid, unlawful limited access

I paid 12 euros for the SPID to be able to access the information that I am entitled to and that I need, but the system tells me that I have reached the access limit available to me and therefore I am refused access and I am refuse further information until December 2022!

Worse still, I am suggested to take out € 100 or more to buy a smartphone and log in using the app; considering that I have vision problems I do not think this is an honest option on the contrary it appears to me as a double threat of violence, economic because I don't have the money to buy a mobile phone and physical because my many accesses via spid to the administration portals are due in part to the headache that I get from having to force myself to read on the computer, reading on a mobile phone would make the situation worse! I need to access the IMPS and other administration portals due to the fact that I don't have the money to pay for electricity and gas and buy me food! I want to consult my practices for citizenship income and for the various energy bonuses since I have not received any updates or replies to my e-mails, and the IMPS site is very complicated and hostile!

In addition, the DMV has questioned my identity and I would like to understand how to solve this problem too!

Is it possible that it is legal to deny a citizen access to public services?
