I'm not sure what's going on with PositionMEonline but since James Mawhinney left RMA about a month ago my Facebook and Google Advertising accounts have gone offline. Attempts to find out what’s going on at PositionMEonline have been unsuccessful. I have heard a number of staff have left and I’m not familiar with the people that have been unable to address my concerns. I’ve been told someone by the name of Gabriel Ehrenfeld is in control of PositionMEonline now but he hasn’t got back to me.
PositionMEonline and RMA’s apparent lack of resources has had a huge impact on my business and I’m becoming desperate. I don’t even know if the Google bill has been paid despite funds being debited out of my account.
James says he regrets he is unable to speak to me about PositionMEonline’s business but since he has left RMA, RMA have insisted upon him ending all contact he has with clients, suppliers and employees which is clearly respected but frustrating nonetheless.
I rely on my website for business and without my Google ads my phone has stopped ringing costing me thousands in lost quotes. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Gabriel Ehrenfeld or anyone at PositionMEonline or RMA of authority so that I can find out what's going on?

I was an employee at PMO until recently, and they are a business in trouble. Without a doubt.
I worked with James as he was growing the company. It was common knowledge around the company that James was working with Gabriel Ehrenfeld, and that James was to run & grow the business while Gabriel sought & won the financing to cover the massive growth we were planning for and already experiencing. We were all working hard, but to a plan and we all had our part to play.
It's a shame Gabriel Ehrenfeld didn't bother to do his part. At a staff meeting last week, Gabriel was openly challenged by a staff member to explain why he'd been unsuccessful in bringing capital into the company. To paraphrase his response, investment works this way: you grow the company until the point that investors come to you offering to invest, then you let them. To which I respond, are you insane!?! That is, hands-down, the laziest, most condescending, entitled attitude I ever heard - and it's a lie. That's not how it works. Unless you're a lazy parasite.
But worse, his response tells met that Gabriel never went out and sold the investment. He didn't do his job. There will be no investment money coming in to save the business.
Before meeting Gabriel Ehrenfeld last week, I was concerned for PMOs future. Now I've met him, I'm convinced that PMO has no future.
Gabriel Ehrenfeld has no plan that he shared to move the company forward, and no reassuring words about the future. The clients are leaving in droves, and new clients are not signing up. Multiple services have been going down over the last couple of weeks due to unpaid bills, resignations are coming in daily, and commissions, expenses, and superannuation are paid sporadically or not-at-all. Personally, I've not been paid for leave-owed or commissions in my final paycheck.
Any business with their services with PMO would be well advised to get them out of there. Fast.

The main reason I worked for Position Me Online was because of James Mawhinney. He is one of the best people I have ever worked with and made coming to work enjoyable and he always did things ethically.
Gabriel Ehrenfeld is the creepiest person I've ever met, shaking his hand was like shaking a wet fish.
I am so angry and upset that he fired James out of his own company and didn't pay him a cent for it. How can people do this?
It's just like what happened to Steve Jobs at Apple Computers except James got nothing for his company that he has built for the last 13 years.
Gabriel Ehrenfeld seemed to be so deluded that PMO would continue running as per usual without their captain- James and without fuel. I am one of the many staff who couldn't stay at PMO out of moral obligation. Many have followed in my footsteps to look for work elsewhere.
Gabriel Ehrenfeld has asked the staff to start direct debiting the PMO clients from another payment company which in my opinion is illegal if done without the customers authorisation.
I have never felt so strongly about wrong doing before and am happy to chat with anyone that needs help. I don't like how one man can ruin the lives of so many people, I could not stay at the company and watch thousands of business's be affected by the landslide of PMO by one greedy man. I hope this is all over for Gabriel before any further damage gets done. It's a sad sad situation :(
P.S. don't bother trying to contact Gabriel. All the staff have sent him emails over the last few weeks and he's gotten back to nobody. He clearly doesn't have any interest in the company continuing.
i am also a former employee of positionmeonine and reeltime media and am sorry to hear of your terrible experience recently.
over the years james mawhinney built up a reputable name for positonmeonline and was always highly regarded by his clients and staff. he worked generally till midnight making sure that customer service was always front of mind, staff were looked after, and that he met his growth targets.
to see 10 years all go down the drain because of one man is very sad to see... gabriel ehrenfeld obviously has no interest in the longevity of the business, doesnt seem to care about all the people that this has affected... clients campaigns are being turned off, staff arent being paid on time, i think most of the staff have already resigned.
it only took 1 month of james mawhinney's departure for the whole group of companies to fall apart. its a shame to see something that all the staff were once proud to be a part of being destroyed like this.
I'm so sorry to hear about your online campaign and that it is effecting your business. Unfortunately the group of companies has been falling to pieces since James left and Gabriel Ehrenfeld seems to be completely dilusional about it.. either that or he plain and simple does not care about the staff, shareholders and clients/businesses he is effecting. I am a former employee of RMA (Reeltime Media Ltd) and my superannuation still hasn't been paid and will be lodging a formal complaint with the ATO, you should do the same.. Gabriel is completely aware of the companies financial issues yet he still continues to ignore the fact, ruining a company with huge potential. Not only has the staff super not been paid many suppliers have not received payment including Google which is the reason why so many client campaigns have gone offline. If I was a client I would cancel all services with PositionMEonline before they take more money for services not being delivered. I was lucky enough to score a job straight away but I feel sorry for all the staff still having to deal with all the unhappy clients and not being able to provide any more information about the company as they are also completely in the dark about the future of the business..

My challenge to the investment community at large is that if you have had the pleasure of dealing with him directly or indirectly in any transaction is too post any positive outcome that transpired other than him personally filling his pockets at the direct expense of each and every stakeholder e.g. Creditors, Employees, shareholders, Vendors, etc. I look forward to the many positive posts that will be displayed over the coming weeks, please forgive me at least for a while if I don’t hold my breath in anticipation.

Gabriel Ehrenfeld bought the company I work for. We were promised everything but given nothing. Wages haven't been paid since February and suppliers haven't been paid all year. Adtraction is now in liquidation thanks totally to Gabriel Ehrenfeld. Is he a crook or a delusional? Or both?

Hi, I was a large long term customer of PMO and am deeply disappointed with the news that PMO is no longer operating. I have known James for more than 10 years and have witnessed personally nothing but dedication, hard work and commitment towards his clients and employees. I am enraged by the impact that this man Gabriel has made on my business and current/revenue. It is now news amongst my marketing colleagues that Gabriel's inappropriate dealings have affected hundreds if not more innocent business owners and employees livelihood and we are sure that justice will be served. I am sure James Mawhinney will rise above this and continue his professionalism in his future endevours.

We have been contacted by several people over the last couple of days asking to move their business catalyst website from position in online to our partner portal. The clients are being asked to move to design experts all sounds very cloak and dagger.

The various references made to PositionMEonline, Design Experts, Reeltime Media Limited (RMA), Gabriel Ehrenfeld and myself, James Mawhinney, in the recent posts may now be disregarded. The 3 companies and individuals concerned are now working together collectively and have taken steps to ensure client relationships are preserved.
If you are considering doing business with any of these companies, you will find that they are willing and capable of delivering their services. I can say this confidently as I and my team have been re-engaged to assist with the various matters that needed attention, and the necessary steps have been taken to put any unnecessary disputes to rest so that we can all get on with doing business.
It's time to move on and focus on the future.

Do you think the investment is real? 1.6m, or if you read the wording is UP TO 1.6m, and what is it they are buying, none of the other entities are with you or Gabriel, everyone has had enough and already several hard earned companies have been the victim of the RMA mess.

the dishonesty continues. james washing his hands of what he started and reskinned as another company. gabriel welcomes back the prodical son to clean up the mess, and the lives of loyal RMA staff have been ruined. the market is talking trash about design experts, eleuthera group, and RMA, the cats out of the bag. there will be no re quotation on ASX with all the complaints about unpaid super boys, and your share offer to existing staff...try paying some unpaid wages first.
You simply can't blame one person, for a workplace that seems to breed laziness and bad business ethics, for a companies downfall.
I ran an online t-shirt printing business, and I approached PMO to help me integrate google shopping and adwords into my dot com in August 2013. I gave them one directive, have it reach its 3 month maturity by mid/ late November 2013, to capitalize on the Xmas shopping period.
In short, their sales staff were very friendly and willing to help, until I paid the set up fee, and set up auto billing for the 3 months of campaign servicing to follow the set up. From there on, this sole traders dream for business growth utilizing pre Xmas sales fell apart. They had 14 weeks to meet the target, and after 6 weeks of not doing anything, it was clear my requested target was not going to eventuate. Still I gave them a second chance, and was met with more laziness, and poor attitudes. By November, nothing was set up, and I formally requested the cancellation of the contract, due to not meeting my specified time frame. An account manager took over, being very pushy and insistent I continue. But not being happy with them not meeting my requested time frame, after promising they would, I wanted to take my business else where. I didn't even ask for a refund of the 'set up fee'. I simply wanted to walk away.
Over several months, the account manager made occasional calls trying to get me to continue. Until in February this year, he told me I now owed them the 3 months accounts maintenance fees, and would now be directed to their accounts department. Their accounts member got in touch via e-mail in March, and was even more pushy, verging on rude, and refused to reason that since they didn't even finish setting up the campaigns, there was nothing to be 'serviced'.
Guess what? Because I had foolishly trusted in PMO at the start, and gave details for auto payment on the campaign servicing fees, they took the 3 months of servicing fees anyway all in one hit, despite there being no campaigns to service! I tried to speak to a high level manager, but was diverted every time. I've since taken action against PMO to not only recover the servicing fee, but the set up fee as well now, under breach of contract.
So in short, Gabriel might have dropped the ball according to some, but from my experience, there was serious issues within PMO going back to 2013, that can not possibly be blamed on him alone. This business was a breeding ground for bad business ethics, and was doomed to fail one way or another.
Can someone please post a direct contact to these guys!? Someone with pull and direct responsibility!?!?!?
They owe me money! I am a small business owner who trusted these ### for nearly 2 years and now I get screwed!
I want my money back before they claim bankruptcy or whatever! Although it seems they are already diverting everything to another mob.
I will go to ALL and ANY measures to get my money back that was meant to be sitting there for my click budget! Which they told me themselves that they owed me.
If anyone has a direct number to PMO not the BS diverted one it would be much appreciated.
