I am owner of the car Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Coupe I (992), serial number WP0ZZZ99ZLS217083.
Car is purchased and taken in your suppler company in Split (Croatia) on 19th June 2019.
After two years, on 24th November I have arranged service in Porsche Zagreb and transported car in own arrangement. Before coming to service in Zagreb I received advice that the Porsche factory recognized some malfunctions that should be repaired during service in Zagreb.
I expected correct arrangement of service and did not monitored service in Zagreb. When left car) on 24th Nov, 2021) in on the service I did photo of the table and car was on 6053, 4 km. Also asked to activate application because changed mobile phone but workers told me that person who can adopt application is not currently in service. On 6th December have arrived to Zagreb service to pick up my car and was extremely unpleasant surprised. Car was derived by some person, seats were moved, particular seat next to driver (passenger seat) and suppose that third person was in the car. There was 50 km difference, so car was driven at least 50 km by some person. Car was dirty (attached photo) with visible signs that more persons were inside. The most terrible thing is that car is scratched on two places, evidence is in the attached photos. I complained immediately in the service in Zagreb and they told me how it can be polished in Split service. This is terrible and unacceptable behavior with client and polishing is not a regular way of solving problems.
