Here are the basic facts.

In May 2022, I ordered a new Porsche Taycan from the Porsche Marbella Center (Malaga, Spain). Left a deposit of 10,000 euros. In December 2022, I was told that the car was ready. I paid the balance, around 124,407 euros. I don’t live in Spain, so the car was delivered to a friend and the first persons who used the car were guests. I had two guests in 2023 who used the car, one for only a few kilometers, while the other went to Ronda. I think the mileage after Ronda was approximately 300 km at that time.

In May 2023, another friend at my suggestion took the car to check if there were any small defects that Porsche should fix. On his second trip, on a road in Mijas, the car suddenly lost power and stopped completely (May 30, 2023). When he called Porsche Assistance, they denied any responsibility. He had to call the insurance company, which finally picked up the car and brought it to Porsche. For three months, Porsche couldn't or didn't want to give me a clear answer about what the problem was and when the car was going to be returned. After one month I was told they had to get a new battery from Germany, but nothing after that, just evasive excuses. Every two or three weeks, one of us (my friends in Spain or me) asked what was happening, without a specific answer.

Finally, I returned to Malaga on September 8. The same day, according to my friend, Porsche told him that my car was ready — after more than three months of “repairs”. I haven't picked up the car until now. I have lost all confidence in Porsche as a car and Porsche Marbella as a dealership. After three whole months in the dark, I am very angry with this situation and I want to eliminate all the connection with Porsche. Obviously there is a major factory problem with the car or with the design itself, or with the ability of this dealer to repair the car under warranty, and I don’t want to be stuck with a lemon.

Lately, the agent who sold me the car made several vague proposals to change the Taycan with another Porsche model, without specifying under what conditions. I several times asked for an outright cancellation of the sale and reimbursement, which was never specifically answered. It is not clear to me if Porsche Germany is aware at the management level of this dispute. But since Porsche Marbella told me that an entirely new battery was installed, I assume someone in Germany should have been aware that one of their cars

Desired outcome: I want to insist on the cancellation of the sale and the full refund of the sums paid.
