Third time I've been ripped off by these guys.. twice through customers ordering their liners that were way too big and wrinkled and not even round.. and now a lockin winter cover that doesn't even have enough corners. After many attempts to get this fixed I'm told there is nothing they can do. They're trying to say the pool is too big even though they're measurements online matched ours which is why we purchased it.. when in reality it doesmt even have enough corners as shown in the pictures. The fact that there are this many complaints and files against them says it all and we should all be given our money back!
Desired outcome: Proper cover sent to the customer or money returned
