I purchased a pool blanket from Ms Erica Homan from Pool and Pebbles on the 7 October 2022. I received an invoice on the same date whereby I made payment, and, on the 8 October 2022, she confirmed that payment was received. I than ask her to please confirm when i can expect my order but every time she says it's with the courier or she will ask if they did not deliver it already. then she will make the excuse that she will contact them immediately. I ask her to rather refund me and we both can go our separate ways but then she told me i must first wait until the courier return the blanket back to her before she can refund my money. I was later informed that the blanket will be delivered.
Today is the 22 November 2022 and I am still waiting for my package or my money. She is just ignoring my text, I told her that i decided to purchase the item at another reliable company and that she must just refund my money, but she is just ignoring me.
Desired outcome: Refund my money
