plumber fitted spouting to home on 4/10/2011 was paid but rain that night spouting filled with water i checked had to bail out water as no fall to allow water to go into down pipe i rang plummer to come and fix said ok will come 4pm didnt arrive or call rand next day was told he was to busy will arrive in afternoon failed to arrive or call rang again said will be in afternoon none arrival again
...and found out that James Wood is the father of a rival plumbing company. Good work, Sir.
Unfortunately the clients compliant failed to communicate that the plumber returned the next day and repaired the spouting problem and during the job, let the client know that his fascias needed to be redone on the account of them bowing, due to the age of the house.
