www.PlCenter.com added a bogus text charge to my phone bill for a text that I did not make. I have never heard of this company but I still hsve to pay my phone company. The charge was 9.99 which isn't a lot but if they do this to a million people, it becomes enormous.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They offer prices based on sales history and what they have in stock. Don't be offended if they offer you $320 for a $4000 part if they have one sitting on the shelf since 2007. I don't blame them.
Our business also tried to do a LOT SELL with PLC Center. It took a long time to receive a bid and then what they offered us for our equipment was laughable, less than a penny on the dollar! We are so thankful that after further checking reviews on the internet we opted to not do business with PLC Center. Their reputation is very questionable. We would have had to ship our merchandise to them, and then be at their mercy to send us a check. We left an honest review on ResellerRatings.com, and John Radwell miraculously got our review removed. He wants ONLY positive reviews to be displayed, so what you're reading their is no where close to an actual portrait of PLC Center. Beware.
John Radwell owner of PLC center aka Radwell International is crook, He sold 14000$ worth of non-working drive. No replacement no refund, He doesn't even bother to come on phone.
He is a scammer, fraud and cheater. Beware of John Radwell especially if you are overseas buyer. I have reported to US Chamber of commerce and other agencies.
JOHN RADWELL IS A FRAUD, BEWARE OF HIM. HE CHEATED US FOR 14000 $ IT IS BIG MONEY. WHERE IS AMERICA HEADING? COMPANIES IN AMERICA ARE TURNING LIKE NIGERIAN SCAMS.
I tried selling them brand new equipment. They offerred me $320 for equipment that if they would sell as used they would have sold it for $4000. If they sold it for the condition it was in, (NEW) they would have made over $6000. Their profit margins are ridiculous. I understand they have over head but 90-95% margin, over [protected]% markup. They are ripping people off .
I have bought items from PLCCenter / Radwell and have also sold them things. The price to buy is much higher than the price I get selling to them but that is expected. I have been happy with the quality of things I bought (and there were no other easy channels to get them) and reasonably satisfied with the price I get selling...unless I know it is too low and can find an alternative buyer.
I own an industrial service company. Occasionally (about 1 time per month), I need parts that I can purchase most reasonably from PLCcenter/Radwell. In over 5 years of dealing with them, I have yet to have a problem with the products I have purchased. Are they always the cheapest? No. Frequently, I can buy new parts through my more regular vendors at a lower price. Has a used part ever failed within the warranty period? No. Have they always delivered what they promised, when they promised? Yes. I have been satisfied with their products and delivery.

John Radwell is most rudest person, he sells highly priced garbage and takes no responsibility. We are reporting him to authorities.
Please file a complaint with the BBB they are accredited there for only 2 yrs
they have not always been plccenter, they have operated under several different names over the years, just typical Jersey crooks
I have been watching these guys off and on for several years, and I totally agree, they sell overpriced junk
