I have been buying bras from playtex for over and the 58 years. I have never had a problem. The last 4 bras I bought were not the same. The shoulder straps could not be lengthened and circumference was 2 inches short. I reordered and the new ones could not be lengthened. When you put them on they cut into my armpits. Very uncomfortable. Since I took them out of the packages the store will not take them back and a good bra is expensive ( $23.00 each )got them on sale and I bought 3. Obviously if I have bought from your company for 58 years you have a good bra. I have 1- size a 44 C and 2- 46 C that I can't wear.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to send them to your company and have them replaced with ones that have straps that I can make longer. You can send the same sizes that I send to you Again thank you. I would send a picture but I don't know how.
