Hello,

Yesterday I purchased 100.000 points for PlayGEM Backgammon. I had the confirmation number from the bank that the payment was completed $1.49 for account Cre Theo.
I don't have the invoice but I have the confirmation number from the bank. See the bank message.
As requested, we're notifying you that an international transaction has been charged to your Capital One® MasterCard® account. On SEP 02, 2013, a purchase of $1.49 was charged.

Please advise ASAP. Thanks.

My game freezes and causes me to loose my game and all my money it's done it more then once and now I can't play because I have no money

PLAYGEM Social Backgammon is by far the Most Crooked & Rigged game I’ve played online...They Fix games for you to Lose so you gotta buy more chips. Complained dozens of times to their Customer Support center, only same old automated response that they’ll review the comments, total B.S.! Iplay on 3 other backgammon sites, no probs, but PLAYGEM (“RIGGEM “) Social Backgammon known to many of us online is one site to avoid & BEWARE! Don’t waste your money!

Totally correct no support I lost 42millionin one game opponent cheated support said they could not find any record of it since then no support what so ever agree don’t waste your money big cheating site with very abnormal rolls.

It has been years that I have been enjoying this site. But lately it seems that the lag is getting worse to the point that the dice rolls dont come before the timer is up and the game is lost. It is getting to be less fun to attempt play on the backgammon tables. Is it a problem that is being addressed? I have lost millions in tokens and would like to know if I should continue with this site. I'll go try a couple more games now, and see what I can accomplish. Thank you for your time.
