I ordered a greenhouse from Planters Home for my sister (Judy Polkey 27530 Ebony Avenue, Bloomfield IA 52537) for the total sum of 53.99. It was charged to my credit card on October 5, 2022. I either ordered it on October 4 or 5. It was to be shipped to an address in Iowa. My sister has never received the greenhouse, I have sent three emails to the 24/7 customer service portal without any return communication, On November 28, I located what I thought was their address - 18095 Serene Drive in Morgan Hill, CA. There was no phone number included. I called the Better Business Bureau. They gave me a telephone number for the address. When I called, I was told the phone number was for Secata Seed Company. The person who answered said they had received several phone calls about this company claiming t have the same address.
I was scammed also. Ordered plant stand 11/10/22 charged my card never received order. Reached out to email address order confirmation sent from ...crickets.
I was also taken by this company had an order for plant stand 38.00. After almost 3 weeks I reached out ask what was going on with the order never got response. I reached out again sometime later still nothing. I should have went to my credit card company right away. It's been over a year now so I guess it's too late.
