I had an air conditioner installed and it ran non stop for 2 mo, rarely hitting the set point. I chalked it up to the hot days.

had a technician come back out... there was no Freon in my new conditioner.

my ComEd bill was tripled for 2 mo bc it ran non stop. the technician legit told me to call and demand a refund bc of the botched install.

A "Representative of the president" of the company called me back to tell me that there's nothing she can do. the person who installed it said he filled it. Then proceeded to lie and say the technicIan who came back out, said it was due to a dirty filter (1.5 mo old). yea ok.

The only way I can receive a refund for the $200 additional I spent on my comEd bills, was to prove the bill was high due to the air conditioning unit.

I called ComEd - they said that's a joke of an excuse bc they know there is NO WAY to narrow down what appliances used the most electricity.

Jasmine (the "representative of the

president" was so unbelievably condescending while talking to me. when I asked for the contact information of the company (headquarters address, email... direct line)- I was quickly cut off and told that I can directly through her and no one else.

I want a refund for my over $200 in additional fees on my ComEd bill due to the unit running non stop for 2 mo.

Works great now that it has Freon!

Desired outcome: I want a refund for the additional fees acquired. I can show proof of what my bills average is (which is around $60/mo for my 750sqft condo) and it has been over $150/mo since install.
