Do not give Jacob or Anthony any money. They cannot and will not help you. They'll take the money and run. I filled out a form for someone to reach me after I had talked with an actual attorney about getting my car back from repossession while on short term disability. Then Jacob contacted me, I paid the fee and was told that the person handling the case would be Anthony. Anthony finally called and said he would talk with the bank and myself at the same time the next day to negotiate getting the car or if they wouldn't release it help me file for emergency bankruptcy. He said he would call at 1pm. Finally called, after ignoring my calls all day, after the bank was closed. I requested a refund. Moments later saw where refund was issued then immediately taken back out of my account unauthorized. I actually had to borrow from a friend in order to pay them. They are con artist. Scammers. You are warned

I would tell you to do your research. I chose to not give them my money because I read too many negative reviews.
This client was very angry after receiving a call back at 3pm instead of 1pm. She was very hostile for a 2 hour delay.
Because of the clients belligerent behavior Pinnacle made the decision and closed the account. The client did indeed received a full refund.
It’s a shame people like this can publicly slander an honest and hardworking company that takes pride in helping its clients.
Well it sure sounds that you all are scamming people. This is your response to a customer. And why she may have gotten belligerent because you will not return phone calls your sister is highly unprofessional and rude. No, not the way to do business whatsoever.

I thought it was a scam I worked with Anthony communication was good I followed all the steps and had my car back within 24 hours of making the call. A big thank you to Anthony he’s the best !
I worked with Anthony this guy is a blessing he help me in my bm fight a buy here lot and he got our car back for us less than 2 days if u call ask for him he gone give you the service you are looking for and possibly even beyond thank Anthony!
I reached out to pinnacle repossession group on behalf of my niece that was blindsided to have her car repossessed. I gave information to person that answered phone. She said Anthony would be the person to help her. She was 100% correct. It took a few days due to weekend but true to his word she got her car back. He helped her with step by step directions to fill out all necessary paperwork. He also subsequently negotiated with the bank to help obtain refinancing. We can’t thank him enough.
