On may 1st, I went to pinnacle dermatology to have a bellafil filler injection done on my cheeks.

The nurse, Kay Nehrbass, injected the filler. The results after the injection were supposed to be immediate, but in my case, nothing changed. Consequently, I told Kay I was expecting some kind of improvement, but as usual, she came up with excuses, and told me that she can inject additional product for another $1,600. Unfortunately I I never detected any improvements following any sessions with Kay, and that is why I looked someplace else. I was spending a huge amount of money for nothing. In addition, she had the audacity to say that it was my fault if the product she tried on me did not work. There is nothing wrong with me. I believe she used an expired product, or something cheap that did not work, but made me pay regardless for what she advertized as a legitimate product. That is really disgraceful! In fact, in the new place were I am going now, the products worked perfectly on me.

A few days later, I went back requesting satisfaction for the lack of results. She showed me some before & after pictures (I asked for that), and I told her that there were no differences. She lied as usual, saying that I told her that I wanted the injection next to my ears. In reality, I never made such a request, and do not appreciate her falsely accusing me of making statements I never did. After I confronted her on this mistruth, she became more arrogant than usual.

I left the room outraged by her belligerent and dishonest behavior, and I requested to see the manager. The manager was even more aggressive and unprofessional than Kay. The manager’ arguments in regards to why the injections failed to produce any results had no foundation, and lacked coherence. The manager explained that the injections had no effects because I failed to return to her establishment for one year. This argument has no merit, and I sincerely do not appreciate being deceived.

The reason why I went back there is because the place were I usually go did not have that particular product, and due to my imminent overseas departure, I needed that injection. In the end, after spending over $1,600 for no results, I was insulted, mistreated, and of course, not reimbursed, despite seeing no results.

What an awful place! In addition, I am happy to know that many other people suffered the same misfortune with Kay and the Pinnacle dermatology in general. Please stay away from that nest of vipers.
