This Pink Lotus Florist is a fraud company. It's real business name is Pink Blossom Florist. I ordered flowers online through their order page. Below is the list of my complaints:

1. The advertiser falsely advertises free shipment of flowers. Company charged me $11.99 shipping fee. I agreed to this, however, since I wanted the flowers delivered. And falsely misleads the consumer that it is a local company located in Hailey, ID, USA. I thought I was ordering from a local store when in fact it was located in Canada.

2. Company over charged me the agreed amount. I agreed to pay $59.23 and company charged me $64.33

3. Company failed to mention that it is an international company located in Canada and there will be extra fees involved with international payments. I was delivering the flowers to Hailey, ID, USA. I never wanted to order from an international company in the first place.

4. Company never delivered the flowers I had ordered.

5. Company never emailed me a receipt of the purchase, only a confirmation email.

6. Company repeatedly put me on hold when I inquired why my order wasn't delivered on the promised date.

7. Company refunded my purchase, without my consent. This was, however, fine by me since they wrongly charged me and never delivered my flowers.

8. Company didn't refund my entire purchase. Only $64 was refunded. There is still a missing $0.33.

9. Other customers have experienced fraud from this company. Company appeared as Pink Blossom Florist on my bank statement. If you google search "pink blossom florist" you will see users comments about their experiences with the fraud from this company.

Wow, this really has taught me to do research before I order from a place online. There are hundreds of negative online reviews about this company.

Essentially, what happened was that I ordered flowers for a friend who's mother recently passed. I first thought it was fishy when I didn't get a delivery confirmation by email after a few days so I called and the company said everything had been delivered. After calling my friend, they said they did receive a call from the company, but never received any flowers.

***Wow, as I am writing this, the lady from the company called me and said that if I want to figure out what happened to the delivery, I need to call the delivery person myself! Unbelievable!

Anyhow, after a busy week at work, I called thinking everything would have at been sorted, given the fact that it had been a few days. The lady put me on hold for a long time and we never spoke. I called back the next day and she basically told me that they had held up there end of the bargain by delivering the flowers, but it wasn't there fault that no one was there. What I don't understand is they only made 2 delivery attempts in 9 days. If they were having a problem delivering, they should have called me to let me know, not lie and said that everything had been delivered. I told the lady that I want my money back and she said that she would not do that so I called my bank and disputed the charges.

What is really unfortunate about this is the missed opportunity to lift someone's spirits during the sad time surrounding a death in the family.

I ordered a plant for a friend whose father passed away. It was to have been delivered on Sunday. As of Tuesday, it has still not been delivered and I have received no notification. When I called, they said they were out of the plant, but it should be delivered today. When I checked my credit card account, I found that I had already been billed, and the bill was in excess of what the invoice said. Seems to be some pretty shady dealings going on. Obviously, this will be my last dealing with Pink Lotus.

I ordered for some flowers to be delivered to a hospital in CA. The grand total was $52.88 including a $10 service fee. When my credit card statement came it was $67.85. I e-mailed to them with an attachment of the order confirmation of $52.88. I asked why the amount is different. I was told that because the headquarters was in Canada and they charged a conversion fee and the difference of 2 countries currency exchange. They never mentioned Canadian dollar were involved when I placed the order. They agreed to credit me back the difference, but I have not have received any credit back. It has been more than 2 months now. I do not think they will do anything about it because I just checked the BBB about this company and there are lots of complains about this company. So my advice is stay away from this company.
