Photizo group had an event in Sao Paulo, Brazil July 2011, used equipment from Brazilian company, never paid the full amount, we attempted many times to receive the money professionally by phone and e-mails with no result .today 06/20/12 Mr. Edward Crowley president and CEO and Mr. Tim Grahl COF of Photizo group, were very rude in our conversation to receive the money they own, only $5, 000.00. They hang up the phone, very rude and unprofessional.
They wanted the complaint made on 06/05/12 be removed from this site, even though nothing that was wrote is a lie and since they are not honoring to pay Brazilian company, people and companies especially in foreign countries should be aware if doing business with them. Since last year Mr. Tim Grahl said they are very bad in finances. Photizo group only take advantage of honest business.
Following e-mail sent from Mr. Grahl to Brazilian company ST

Terri Crowley wife of president and CEO of Photizo Group guarantee St-Locacao de Equipamentos de Informatica e Audio Visual Ltda in Sao Paulo- Brazil guarantee to pay as soon as she arrived in USA, They accepted transfer to a personal USA bank account. Mr. T Grahl COF in fact stated by e-mail that the wire transfer returned, eventhoug was requested the reason why, it was never given to us. He suggested the bank they work with, prompted an account was given in that bank he suggested. They wire transferred in two occasions on 10/21/11 and 01/03/12 about 20 % of the amount owned. Since 09/27/11 e-mails and phone calls has being exchanged with Photizo Group in regard of the payment of the balance they still own, with no success, all they do is given excuses and blame somebody else, and finally they requested a W-9 form, another excuse for not to pay, since already was made 2 deposits without the need of W-9 form, also they have the invoice to justify such payment with the IRS. They have two personal bank accounts in USA, Brazilian bank account for the company they own and also it was given to them an alternative to resolve this issue, to send the money through Western Union, very simple. St-Locacao de Eq. Audio Visual Ltda tried to work with Photizo Group., for almost a year and have being very patient and extremely professional believing that Photizo Group would keep Terry, Mr. Grahl, Mr. Edward word. We have e-mails to prove that they are not saying the truth. In fact they have all the information necessary to honor the debit, but they are choosing not to do so, the new excuse is the complaint posted in this site; Mr. E. Crowley by phone said that he will not pay while the complaint is not removed, another lie. The reality is, Photizo group has no intention to pay Brazilian company since the event happened in July/2011 and they own $5, 000.00 till today's date 06/22/12. PHOTIZO GROUP DOES NOT WANT TO PAY THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE! I assume that Photizo Group that had 11 months opportunity to pay... and decided NOT TO PAY, Mr. Edward Crowley President and CEO and his wife Terri Crowley (she signed the agreement for services) think that since the company they own the money is in a foreign country; Brazil, and soon no event will be done there, who cares… they can take advantage…

Photizo Group has made multiple attempts to pay for this service, but St Locacao De Equipamentos Audio and Visual has been very difficult to work with. Photizo brought the full amount in payment to the event in Brazil in the form of traveler’s checks, because the company would not accept credit card payment. The checks were returned to the U.S. and were not accepted. Photizo then wired the full amount owed to the company’s U.S. bank account. The wired funds were returned three days later. St. Locacao De Equipamentos Audio Visual then arranged for an individual in the U.S. to receive paymentinto their personal account so they could transfer the money owed to the company. Photizo wanted to pay the individual the full amount, but needed the individual to first complete a W-9 form to fulfill IRS requirements. The person refused to do this for reasons unknown, so Photizo was only able to make a small payment of $500. We have since been given new wiring instructions and are working with the organization’s bank to process payment and have every intent to do so. Photizo has asked the company to stop putting up false allegations, since payment has been attempted on multiple occasions and the organization has denied all forms of payment. Yet the organization refuses to work with Photizo in a professional manner. Photizo has found St. Locacao de Equipamento Audio Visual to be highly unprofessional and difficult to work with, we would notrecommend them to any organization.
