PG&E review: Unexplained increase of electricity bill

Our PG&E account no. [protected]-6 under my wife’s name Maria Cristina Java Flores here in 1921 Holt Rinehart Ave. Bakersfield CA 93311is having problems with our electricity bills for the months:

6/16/22 USD602.95

7/29/22 USD681.11

8/17/22 USD613.81

Our bill for 5/18/22 was only USD200. And this was before we started using our A/C.

Our A/C was not functioning well when we started to use sometime in June thus the reason for a very high increase of electric bill. I was able to have it fixed rightaway hoping not to receive a high amount of electricity bill but unfortunately the last bill we got for the month of August was even higher than the month of July. The increase of 300% really alarmed us and made us call the PG&E helpline [protected] but we never got any explanation why our bills tripled despite doing the energy saving tips PG&E advised its consumers.

In line to this I am requesting for any assistance from your office to resolve this issue because this really hit us bad financially for the past 3 months.
