I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the appalling service I have received from your Menlyn branch regarding an insurance claim for the replacement of my BMW i3 window, claim 3748527.
It has now been over two weeks since PG Menlyn was appointed to handle this matter, and to date, no progress whatsoever has been made. I have made multiple follow-up attempts, only to be met with incompetence, indifference, and a complete lack of accountability.
When I called your Menlyn branch recently, I encountered a receptionist who was shockingly unprofessional. She could not locate my claim and, instead of escalating the issue or offering any assistance, she simply ended the call. This is unacceptable by any standard of service, let alone from a company that presents itself as a trusted national provider.
