Respected Sir,

I beg to submit a follong few lines that,

1] As per news paper advertisement I had applied for the dealership of RO at Paradsinga under reserved category of Scheduled Tribes. Accordingly, BPCL Nagpur, has awarded me, a Retail Outlet dealership at Paradsinga, after interview on 31.05.2005 along with others.
2] BPCL has issued the official order vide no. NROVillage. Paradsinga Nagpur dated 05.07.2005. As per terms and condition no.1 [ a ] of the allotment order, the BPCL has to allot a suitable plot of land duly developed at Retail Outlet with sales room, stores tank and Pump, Air facilities for operating dealership.
3] It is facts that BPCL has given advertisement to acquire the land for Petrol Pump at Pardsinga for three times, but there was not response to provide the land at that place since almost irrigated areas is around that village..
4] I have personally taken the efforts to acquire the land at Paradsinga. I being a ST Category`s person has approached to the Hon`ble Collector Nagpur, with request to provide a land for Petrol Pump, but they have also shown their inabilities due to non-availability of Land at Paradsinga vide their letter no. 9761/1131 dated 28/09/2006. The copy of the letter, of Hon`ble Collector, Nagpur has also provided to the BPCL for further their action.
5] The BPCL is knowing that there is no available a suitable land for Petrol Pump at Paradsinga, and petrol pump cannot be established due to non-availability of land. But, BPCL has knowingly not being taken action to proceeds for acquiring land at other places or not made any alternative arrangement to establish the petrol pump as per their order dated 5th July 2005.
6] Many times. I personally visited to the concern officers in Nagpur office, with request to solve my problems. Further I have also made a hug correspondence to change place of Paradsinga and allot the petrol pump at another place where a land can be available. I have also made the request to allot me a coco petrol pump { Company`s ready petrol pump} as allotted by other Company, but the BPCL neither taking seriously about my request neither giving the replies of my huge correspondence. The BPCL is tolerating me, since July 2005.
7] Sir, I being a Scheduled Tribes the BPCL has allotted me a Petrol pump under the reserved category. Since long back period the BPCL is not taking seriously to allot me petrol pump and depriving me, to enjoy the fundamental rights given by virtue of the Constitution. This is nothing but it is a part of mental torture and discrimination to me.
