I was contacted by Personal Loan Match. I was approved for a loan and I paid $20 to get access to the money. All they promised me was a lie. I contacted my bank and warned them about the scam. I hope many people will read my complaint and will not make business with this company.
I am been told same thing like many of you that they are lenders not brokers.They took £20 as I said I do not have more than £20 in acc...Rang them again after 2 hrs to tell them I'm not happy and I wanna my money back...I am been told that in 48 hrs I will have money in my acc from them that application is completed (even only details i give them just bank card and very basic detais).altough I told them I just wanna my money back they kept pushing me on the end they put me to talk to manager who is named JEFREY (hahahhaha) and speak English worse than any of them..I told him what I read on public complaints forum and I am not happy and I wanna my money back..He said they are lenders and money will be in my acc in 48 hrs.I went to bank to stop them taking money !ehehehey money already take...FROM THEN ONWARDS I ONLY DEALING WITH COMPANIES WHO HAVE ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF...IF COMPANY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY STAFF IN ENGLAND THEN WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THAT WHEN OFFER BUSSINES IN ENGLAND IN WHONEWER LANGUAGGE... by the way I haD bad headache from trying to understand indian or pakistani accent...
This company contacted me three weeks ago promising that I had been APPROVED for a £1000 loan. They then said that they need to run a varification check. They told me that they would take £40 at which point I told them under no circumstances were they allowed to take money from my account...which THEY STILL TOOK! I'm fuming and after countless phone calls and excuses i'm ready to rip somebody's head off! The language that describes people like this I cannot repeat on a public internet forum. I'm going to be contacting Trading standards and the F.S.A. They have a remote office in london and an official UK registration which means that they are governed by UK law...THEY WILL PAY!
Where does someone go to put complaints in? I sent an email to f.s.a ...somethings got to be done about this sent loads of messages on the members message board telling them to refund my admin charge and threats of trading standards ...other than going to the address and kicking thedoors down I don't know what to do ...I know its only £40 but its mine ...im not ringing there number again to be on hold for 30 mins putting more money in there pockets ..I really needed the loan which I was told I had got and ...nothing.. anyone out there who knows how to deal with these thieves ...mark ..Manchester
we have got to stand our ground and put all these scam lenders out of business and reveal there true identities
i too been done by this company ive rang them 3 times now and all they keep saying is someone will ring you back in 48 hours thats 6 days ago
I have been scammed for 40 quid aswell, feel so stupid!
i have just been called by these guys, so far i have not given them any details as sad i could not find my bank card. i was suspicious as they wanted everything, sort code ac number and long number plus last 3 digits on card.. i have not given these out. but he said he would call me personal loan match will call back in 30 minuites . customer service number [protected] cell [protected] this is the numbers they called me from today ..
i went on web and found your reports thank you i will not be doing business with them.
they cannot take money from my account as i do not have funds there at the moment

yes they have just scamed me too! they assured me that they were the lenders and not a broker and that my card details were for verification only, but they took £40 out of my account while i was still talking on the phone even though i had told them not to take a fee untill i checked them out, i am about to lodge a complaint with the office of fair tradihg and the finacial ombuds man as they are supposed to protect us against scammers like these, they said they had an office in regent street london if i find their address in england i will pay them a visit and then they will realise they have just shafted the wrong guy!

my son was approved for a loan with loan match they took 20 pounds out of my account and allwe get is escuses every time we phone its cost me afoftune on phone calls this company should be stopped
The are liars and thieves. I was fed a load of lies, told we are the lender and not a broker, when they are in fact brokers. I was told my details were purely for verification purposes and no money whatsoever would be taken from my account, told we do not charge any fees at all. Then while I am still talking to him Nevis taking £40 from my account. I was told paperwork would arrive within 48 hours. Been over 3 weeks now and I haven't heard from them since. Sent several emails with no reply. They trade under UK financials and have many trading names, personalloanmatch personalloanfinder loantoloan plus others. A quick Google search will show that although a .co.uk site, the domain is in the us and the md in mumbai, hence the Indian accents of all the staff. Beware and stay very clear of
