booked for our wedding in may 2011. After have so many problems with the pair rose ellen bennett and clayton bennett. Thay did send a man called Andrew to our wedding. Ahter months of not returning our calls. Rose ellen sent a disc with the photos. W e then sent our order off to her by email by post and through andrew who delivered the order in person to them at there pub they now run. Then when the 4 weeks was due as in states in the contract from the date they rec order. We receieve a letter from clayton saying that he has had a letter from our solicitor. But that is lies as we havent been to a solicitor... Then when i tried to ring i was sent messages that my solicitor had rang him... that he was ringing the police as i was harrasing him. All we want is our pre wedding portrait our wedding album complete and our wedding video taht we paid for... I have messgae after message i have sent to rose ellen on my mobile and received messages back but told to stop contacting them to go through the courts was the last message i received. Please stay well asway from the pair they are 2 nasty conn people who only care about them selves.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They're now in Spain trying to slander parents and brother. So many aliases. All doing same thing. Making up names to post comments about family members. All lies.
Even when the photography rip offs are mentioned they just ignore it and dismiss it as in past and not important and carry on the witch hunt. Vile people with no concern for anyone but themselves.
