Watch out for this computer salesman and techie who will charm you into thinking he's a nice helpful guy. I hired him to fix my computer's intermittent freezing and in a blink of an eye, he told me my computer wasn't worth fixing, charged me $450.00 and then strung me out for two months with appointments that he never kept. When his emergency excuses ran out, he finally just made an appoiontment, and then didn't show up nor respond to my emails or telephone calls. He promised to return to complete the job, but he never did. Do not have dealings with Percy Cubas. He is not trustworthy, lies, doesn't keep appointments, and may not ever return to finish the job you paid him for.
Percy Cubas…a disaster if you have him do your work. I have been a computer professional for 25 years in Los Angeles. Never have I seen the mess he left a client. A partial list of his unethical and unsatisfactory work is he installed Windows 7 software with an illegal copy and did it incorrectly. His fees for doing the work was more than a new computer would have cost the client. He didn’t fix what he was hired to do and the client paid him. Calls were not returned and appointments were continually cancelled. I could say more but my advice to anyone is if you hear his name run run run. He is the worst of the worst.

after I posted my complaints, I got many message that they agree with me.
if he is really nice person, nobody post complaints board.
Therefore, Percy get what he deserve.
But I do have to agree with something being a little strange with the rebuttal comments, they all seem to be created by the same person, but with different names. Percy needs to get it together with some things, but as far as his work he is very good and knowledgeable, and he does try to do people right as much as he is able.
I am just wondering why Beatrice you are so personally concerned about Percy. Leave the man alone, none of this is your affairs. Percy works hard, I know that for a fact. He does do a good job and knows what he's doing. If someone starts harassing him or constantly bugging him he will try to move that person onto someone else who might be able to help them better if they seem unhappy with Percy's work or help.

Percy Cubas is one of the Best Guys that I know! He is always there to help, and has Never not finished something that he has started! I have known Him for a long time, and I think that all if this is a bunch of non sense! He knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to his work, and I think its not cool that He has these complaints about him! "You cant always believe what You read" And Really, I have to Agree with the previous comments about him because he is a hard working Guy and a decent person! He is Honest, and Truly Helpful in his line of work! I never had a problem with him keeping any appointments made, or returning phone calls when I needed a task completed. He is a Problem Solver, not a Problem maker! He has even gone out of his way to help! I never had a problem with him charging too much for his services, nor has he left any job unfinished! He shows up on time, and is always completely prepared to finish the tasks correctly! In no way will these comments mar his character to me! He is A True Professional!
