Peak Technology Limited review: handcarved animal lights sold on website piecesy.com by Peak Technology Limited 1

I ordered 3 of these animals the dragon, Bald Eagle and a squirrel all with lights. I paid a total of 95.97 through Paypal to the company listed as Peak Technology Limited with an email address [protected]@gmail.com. The items arrived and they are cheap junk. The Bald eagle had obviously been returned before and the cheap string lights were all twisted and stretched out like someone had tried to install them and failed. There were no instructions for installing the lights with the product for any off the animals. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and taped with orange duct tape. I immediately contacted the seller through Paypal and requested my money back. They responded by asking me for pictures of the items. So I sent them pictures. They responded by offering me a 10% discount which is aa complete insult. I want my money back. so I emailed them again asking for my money back and a return shipping label. From the pictures I will attach you will see that the items were shipped to me from New Jersey. They responded with an offer of a 20% discount... further adding insult. Now I am mad so I sent them an email saying I want my money back full refund. They responded by saying they would refund my money but I would have to pay for return shipping to China! Now I am really angry. they ship to me from New Jersey and want me to return ship to China? bait and switch... and they have high jacked Christmas for 3 people in my family. They advertise that these are beautiful hand carved items and they are cheap pressed junk!
