I ordered the item on 11-22-21 order number NBCP52457. I sent 2 emails requesting a tracking number. Their response was: You will hear back from one of our customer agents shortly. I sent another email today as I still didn't hear from customer service Customer service has been terrible. I want an update on the order and when I can expect to receive it. Otherwise I will report fraud to my bank.

If you get a survey from Peacock, please be careful as it doesn't tell you an estimated time to complete the survey. I took one today and after 20-30 minutes, I closed out my browser without completing the survey. It is unnecessarily way too long to complete.
