Battery was dead the night before. I had a new battery put in next morning. Went to work that night and noticed my car didn’t have as much power as normal when accelerating. Thought maybe something was hooked up wrong while replacing the battery. Took it into Long Lewis Ford and the service advisor told me they would put it on the computer and see if they seen anything. He came back and said, it had a small coolant leak and it wasn’t very serious and told me to bring it back and they would work it in. He said, it was ok to drive. It didn’t seem right so the next morning after work, I took it and dropped it off. Service Advisor called the next day and said it needed a new motor. It blew a head gasket (at no fault of mine). He told me he had been on the phone with Endurance all morning and they were refusing to cover the cost of engine repairs. Engine blew in January 2026 with no signs of issues. No leaks, no smells, no changes in performance until right there at the end when battery was dead. I rented a car from LongLewis for approximately 8 days. I then had to go into a long term lease (4 years), because of not repairing engine. I contacted Endurance/Paylink at the end of January 2026 and these companies are still stealing my money out of my account in March 2026. I want it stopped immediately!
