I ordered a pet bed 7-2-'22, order #PP4550 and the payment was deducted from my bank 7-22-'22. I contacted Paw & Pet after 3 1/2 weeks because I had not received my order and they assured me my order was on its way. Now via email (8-20-'22) Paw & Pet say there was a problem with my credit card and my order is cancelled! They have my money! Their phone number is not in service and they will not respond to my service requests!
Desired outcome: I want Paw & Pet to either send ordered product or refund my money. Also, they need to have a valid phone number.
I want my mohey back! and them reported to BBB
I ordered a bed on August 2,2022 ad still have not received it! I contacted them and they said it was on the way. It's now Sept 29,2022 and still no bed.! now their phonne number is not in service! What kind of company is this?
I ordered a dog bed from this company and never received it. No one from this company responded to any of the e-mails I sent them and the phone number provided does not exist.
I too ordered a bed for my dog. However, they never shipped so I did a dispute with the bank. Got my money back same day. Ck reviews before ordering on line.
