Paw & Pet – Placed order in July still haven't received

I placed an order for dog bed in July after receiving an email saying payment received, then didn't hear anymore until September when had a message saying my payment had been declined even though payment had come out of my Bank Account, sent a photo of the transaction on my Bank Account then received another message exactly the same as the first one, sent numerous messages none replied to this so called company is an absolute joke.
