I made a deal with Pave Way '?Louis'? on May 29-2020 (contract # 0018) and made a down payment of $200.00. Payment for the job '?paving drive way '? $1,300.00 As per Louis, job was to be done end of July 2020; unfortunately we are August 4, 2020 and nothing has been done until today not even excavation. I communicate by cell with Louis, Allan & David numerous times with no success to get an appointment for the job to be done, I always get promises that are never kept. Allan for several times call me and gave me an appointment for starting job; after I remove my car and ask neighbors to removers theirs also; Pave way never show up. Allan mentioned that Pave Way does not have any other job contract in Mississauga; I am sorry to say but this is not my concerns; Pave Way agreed to do the job at my location. Allan also mentioned that he will look into it ; As for David; I did not receive any confirmation from him, he always say that he will discuss it with Allan and get back to me which never happen. Recently Louis told me and I quote :'? Allan ask Louis not to deal with it; Louis got the sales do not deal with it anymore ; David will take care of it '? I called David several times with no luck, and when he answers the phone he tells me: '? I will check with Allan and get back to you'? unfortunately I am still waiting for a call back. Still no decision of when the work will be done. We are approaching the end of the summer and as Louis mentioned, there should be at least one month between deposit crashed stone and Hot Asphalt I do not want to have the job done unprofessionally and have to redo it next year. Since you are a BBB's member, you should have been more reliable and more accurate in your job and relation with your customers. I think you are not able to proceed with your contract and re do my drive way; Since you are not able to fulfill your commitment, I would like to cancel this contract with you; you will have to refund me my deposit of $ 200.00 immediately regard Product_Or_Service: drive way paving Order_Number: N/A Account_Number: XXXXX

I waited a long time to have my driveway paved because I wanted to ensure it was done right. Dave and Pave-way came highly recommended. They have done a number of driveways in my neighbourhood. The guys showed up on time, were professional and ensured I was happy before they left I also had them asphalt the inside of my garage. Both look great. I haven't had any problems despite it being such a hot summer. Thanks for a great job!
