Patricia's Petals, Las Vegas, NV review: Birthday arrangement with balloons

I ordered the Pink N' Pretty Bouquet deluxe size: Pink and white are two colors that together generate a look of pure grace and sophistication. This floral arrangement makes the most of that look, combining white daisies, pink roses, and pink carnations in a rectangle vase with of course a pink and white satin ribbon.

I paid extra for mylar balloons (plural) in assorted colors.

What I got was a small rounded glass vase, 6 red roses, daisies, and a little greenery. One partially deflated balloon.

I was given a $14.99 refund of the $83.77 cost.
