Patenaude and felix law offices review: Harrasment and lack of professionalism 4

They go after single mothers who dont work and are raising disabled children with only disability for income. my daughter has autism and was making improvements until my dad, who was a co-signer on a private student loan through national collegiate trst who hired these sharks to sue us in court. my dads retired has only social security to live off of andi take care of my daughter so I dont work. they never sent me a letter telling me they have my account and I have thirty days to dispute before filing a lawsuit. they only called me and I explained several times my situation, they apparently didnt care they just want money and they will walk all over people who are poor and have nothing and the elderly to get their payday... [censor] should be out of business. I should sue them for the stress and emotional trauma of having to go through this..

They are also very underhanded in their court procedings, sending information to bogus addresses and yet telling the courts that people have been served, and once notice was finally actually sent of a court time (so a person could defend themselves) went to the hearing only to find my name was NOT on the list for hearing, with further investigation I found they had the date changed to a week earlier! WITHOUT sending me notification! although they told the courts they had! LIARS and CHEATERS NEVER prosper! and this firm is filled with them, or so it seems...I would rather live on the streets than to work for such a place!

The worst part of their underhanded dealings is they are upheld in our so called Justice system, where the VICTIM NEVER has a CHANCE to even defend themselves!

At a time when people are hurting, henchmen like Wes Villanueva of the Patenaude and Felix Debt collection agency, are throwing parties on your money. Wes Villanueva is a liar, a bully, and a coward, who picks on both men and women to publicly humiliate them. He runs the place like a gulag concentration camp. He is completely disrespectful to his employees and treats them more like slaves. The place is run like a paid prison by this liar, bully, coward. Real men don’t act like that.

Wes Villanueva, whose ‘tough-guy’ mantra is “it’s all about the money”, is an anti-American, un-patriotic thief, praying upon the moral people of the United States. He is collecting on debt that was fraudulently created by the bankers, and no longer owed by the debtor. DO NOT pay Patenaude & Felix a dime. They are economic terrorists of the United States. Get yourself a good lawyer and do your patriotic duty.

Works like this; The International bankers own the credit card company’s these P&F d-bags are collecting for. The bankers buy off legislatures to get their draconian, anti-American, laws of usery passed, against the American people. These laws contain outlandish fines, fees, and interest, designed to break the American people into financial submission.
It is interesting to note that more than half of the Patenaude & Felix workforce does not hold their cultural loyalty to the Grand U.S. but rather a failed, completely corrupt, and collapsed nation, directly to the south of the U.S. P&F even has one of their collection offices located in Baja MEXICO! Something they don’t want known.
Your hard earned, American money, is being used to support the Mexican economy. No patriotic, red-blooded American, with a social conscious, would be willing to do this work, better to bag groceries at the neighborhood grocery store. At least you are doing work you can be proud of, and that is not wholly un-American to a point of destroying the very foundation of the United States. The work Patenaude & Felix does, is all at the demand of international bankers that hold no loyalty to the sovereignty of the United States themselves.
What the Bolsheviks and communists did to their own people with violence, indiscriminate murder, starvation, torture, and concentration camps, the bankers, and their henchmen in America like Wes Villaneuva of Patenaude & Felix, want to accomplish via plans to destroy our financial system, undermine the stock market, disrupt capitalism, redistribute the wealth, and destabilize the country.

If you do this kind of work you deserve to be spit upon in public. Do not let your children play with Wes Villanueva’s children. Do not invite his children to your childs’ birthday parties, pool parties, etc. Let the record show Wes Villaneuva, and his kind, are economic terrorists, and traitors, of the United States of America.

This Law Firm is very unprofessional. They submitted paper work trying to sue me in court for some money I was supposedly owing to a Credit Card Company. I filed the proper paper work in due time disputing their claim they had against me. I successfully defeated there claim due to the fact they had no proof that I had agreed to pay them or that I even borrowed any money from there firm or anyone else. A year later this same office contacted me trying to make the same claim that I owed them money. They even played as if I had never been contacted by there office despite the recorded messages I have as well all court documents. I believe this agency is totally illegitimate and attempts to strong arm people into paying money when it's not warranted to be payed out. Fight the Power . One love People !
